30-Day Free Returns
Most items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For long-term peace of mind, every product is also backed by a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for return. For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos or videos.
- Our support team will review your request within 24 hours and propose a solution.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. Print the label, securely pack the item, and drop it off at the carrier location shown on the label.
- After the item arrives at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 48 hours.
Please do not ship items back without authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

Refund Processing Times
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method. If you do not see the refund within the estimated time, contact us or your card issuer.

While our standard return window is 30 days, we stand behind product quality with extended coverage. We accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of delivery for items with manufacturing defects, mechanical failures, or similar issues.
