30-Day Return Window

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• It must be in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and hardware must be included

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and proposes a solution.
3. Once approved, you receive a prepaid return label by email.
4. After the return is received, your refund is processed within 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3–15 business days, and PayPal refunds within 1–2 days, though some financial institutions may take longer.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty, with extended 90-day coverage for manufacturing defects, mechanical failures, or similar issues.
