The best furniture mover I've ever used
I bought this specifically for moving a 45 gallon aquarium (with water) while we refinished a floor. It was perfect! The platforms are stable, the wheels move smoothly, and I never had any fear regarding it’s strength. The steel construction offered assurance and the locking mechanism for the wheels was handy when storing the aquarium during the work; instead of needing to remove it and lift it back later, we could just lock the wheels in place and let it sit until time to move things back to their home. We have also used the “prybar” style lifter to smooth work on several projects (removing a dishwasher, moving a bookshelf, putting carpet gliders under furniture…). So far, everyone who has come to help me with my home renovation has left with the thought that they need to go get some of these tools!

Good skates but terrible packaging.
The skates are decent quality and heavy. The rollers roll smoothly. Unfortunately they did arrive a bit scraped up due to the packaging. One of the handles was bent at bottom and one of the cotter/hitch pins was missing. The box weighed 86 lbs and was oversized, so they just banged against each other during shipping since they were loose in the box with no packing material. The box was almost destroyed which is not a surprise since it has a weight limit of 80lbs and a burst strength of 40 lbs. Not sure I would buy them again due to the way they were packaged Tried to upload photos but they were rejected. If you buy these just know they will be banged up when you receive them.

Good product, horrible packaging
These skates are a bargain and work great. The handles are kind of a pain to use depending on what you’re doing, but adequate for simpler tasks. The only real flat spot was the packaging, which was comically bad, they arrived with the interior box shredded by the skates knocking around loose, and the paint was wrecked by the units hitting each other. If these were just about anything else I would have returned them, but they work fine and it didn’t seem worth the hassle. I guess that’s a testament to how rugged they are. But the shipping department is seriously out of touch with how to make something heavy survive shipping.

All the help you will need…
These are incredible dollies and the lever system that they include to help you get the wheels underneath. The follies are very strong as well. The handle on the lever is T two pieces, so I was a little worried about the connection piece maybe not being strong enough, but it lifted a 48 inch gas stove onto these wheels! I was able to move this stove on the same floor from a Butler’s pantry into the kitchen all by myself. I didn’t have to hire movers to move the stove. Just move slow.
