All products sold through SupplyDirectHub are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This page explains what is covered and how to make a warranty claim.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty duration and terms vary by product category:

  • Machinery & Equipment: Typically 1–2 years from date of purchase
  • Power Tools: Typically 1 year from date of purchase
  • Accessories & Consumables: Covered by manufacturer defect warranty at time of delivery

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Mechanical failure under normal operating conditions
  • Electrical or component failure not caused by misuse

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
  • Damage from accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
  • Products used for commercial purposes beyond rated capacity

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Describe the issue and include photos or videos if applicable
  3. Our team will review your claim and coordinate with the manufacturer
  4. If approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms

Warranty vs. Returns

If your issue occurs within 30 days of delivery, please use our Returns & Refunds process for the fastest resolution. Warranty claims are for issues discovered after the 30-day return window has passed.
