It comes bare wire, you’ll need a plug end or terminal box. Moves enough air to keep the upper story from heating up where it used to be consistently hotter than outdoors, sometimes now I need to shut the other fan off to be comfortable when the night or morning air is too cool. I plugged it in to a drop light extension cord for now, with a plan to add thermostatic control and hardwire it.
