It arrived in good shape with all the hardware despite a large hole in the cardboard container. It is built with lightweight rails and probably would not hold up to frequent professional use, but it will serve adequately for infrequent personal needs. For the price, I was not expecting a professional grade piece of equipment and I am satisfied with the purchase. Assembly was easy. The unit is secured to the tractor pallet forks by only one light weight chain on one side. I will probably use a heavier chain on both sides to eliminate any sliding. Shipping was fast. I have not yet used it.
