It takes a lot of modification to get these to work. Doesn’t fit a standard 3″ PVC Sch 40, and it’s hard to find 3″ thin walled pipe. I had to dremel the inside of the drain pipe to get it to fit. Also, the joint at the end isn’t secure at all and requires a lot of glue. It just sits in there. Other than that they look nice and seem strong!

Reasonable priced for numbering units. Will be laying it against the sidewalk patio stones in a ditch. Slanting the earth so that water runs towards the lawn… not the house… then into the trench and the trench will be emptying into a drainage pipe that runs further out to the lawn. Just found connectors that will join the rectangular trench to the circular pipe. Next weeks project to relay the patio stones and check slant of ditch and lay the grated trench in place. Sturdy and easily put together.
