The 25 mm button isn’t closing properly on the left-hand side. Some buttons close perfectly, while others don’t, even though I’m following exactly the same process every time. I’ve watched numerous videos online trying to work out what might be causing the problem, but I still haven’t been able to identify the issue. Could you please help me figure out what’s causing this and how to fix it? The cutters that come with the machine are terrible. They’re not set to the correct height—the guide ring sits higher than the blade, which makes it virtually impossible to cut properly. The only cutter that has an adjustable height is the 70 mm one. However, it’s almost impossible to loosen the screw to make the adjustment because it requires a very small, specialised screwdriver, which I definitely don’t have.

J’ai notamment eu du mal à savoir où placer le joint, faute d’explications claires. Une notice en français serait vraiment appréciée. Dommage également qu’il soit difficile de trouver les consommables pour fabriquer des décapsuleurs et des magnets séparément sur votre site. Malgré cela, le produit est conforme à mes attentes.
