It’s a really nice ice maker. It seems to drop ice in about 9 minutes. It’s quiet well made stain of steel so easy to clean The external pump seems to work well I am happy with my purpose

This is truly an amazing machine. It will make an entire rack of ice in 20 minutes. Solid brick of ice well except they’re cubed it truly makes 200 pounds a day but it only stores 50 pounds so you can empty it four times in a 24 hour period. I’ve managed to remodel my entire laundry room to make room for it. I will put pictures and videos shortly I’m still in the process week long ordeal so far I’ve come to really, really like Vevor products on the downside of the machine it doesn’t necessarily refrigerate the ice that has already been made. It does have a chamber that is cool but it still melts. It takes a long time we’re talking days and days. If you turn the machine off I tried it so it always drains water out the back. You must plumb this into a drain. Hence the reason it’s in my laundry room or put it outside your choice. The adapter for the waterline is not a water hose fitting like all American fittings. It is a half inch NPT BE AWARE it is O-ring sealed on the end and you do not need to put pipe tape on it it will break, but to your luck most hardware stores have filters, and these filters have brass fittings on the end of them and one side happens to fit the quarter inch plastic tubing pictures will be coming. You have to have a filter, especially if you have hard water this eliminates the very cheaply made adapter please do this if you install this in your house, the water coming out of the drain into your sewer system that you have spent hours plumbing in insulated it because it will condensate and you will have drips of water thinking you have a leak. I will send pictures at the end of the day. This is a remarkable ass machine for the price honestly, I was all over Facebook trying to find a ice machine. There are $1000 no matter where you go and if they’re not, can you really trust them anyways, to the next review. C’est la vie.

Great Unit at a Great Price
This is a great unit. I put it in my outdoor kitchen. It makes ice quick. I added a piece of styrofoam to the inside of the clear window to keep it from condensating. It DOES NOT have a DRAIN PUMP. I ran a horizontal line and tied it into the sink drain nearby.

Overall great purchase. We use it for outdoor events at home. Easy to assemble. We have ours connected to the outside water hose. This does require purchasing an adapter for the outdoor faucet. Originally the thickness of the ice was a problem because it stayed in blocks when it fell and the guest would have to constantly break it apart. I adjusted the thickness to -3 using the minus button on the machine. Worked perfectly! Now each cube drops separately and no more breaking cubes. We use it outdoors in a shaded area of the outdoor kitchen and ice holds fine even in Louisiana heat. I purchased ice bags from on line and store the extra ice or prepare a few bags before an event to ice drinks. The capacity says 33lbs. I usually fill a 20lb ice bag with some left in the ice maker. Some come with a filter if you will use it for drinks. If yours doesn’t come with filter one can be purchased at the home supply stores for @$15. I have used the clean cycle but really prefer to clean myself using vinegar and water after dumping out excess chamber water that is left in the tray. It only sits @ 33in off the floor so may be a little uncomfortable for taller guest but you can always sit it up higher on a box stand. Otherwise great convenient purchase.
