Excellent customer service! I bought this post hole digger and it worked great. However, the second time I went to use it the pull start was broken ( wouldn’t recoil). I sent a message with pics to customer service. They reviewed my problem and the next day they offered to send me a new one. I got it 5 days later free of charge. Amazing value for the price! literarily cheaper than renting for the day at Home Depot. The 52CC motor is powerful and starts right up. I choose the model with one extension and the 8-inch auger due to my needs. I have used this to loosen the ground to plant trees, and it digs an 8 by 24-inch hole in hard Tennessee ground in about a minute per hole. I purchased this for a fence I’ll be installing in the fall that will require about 20 posts. This is a great value for the money, and I would definitely recommend for non-commercial use. The included tool kit is useful for assembly and maintenance and even includes a replacement throttle.
