Customer service to the rescue
Excellent customer service! I bought this post hole digger and it worked great. However, the second time I went to use it the pull start was broken ( wouldn’t recoil). I sent a message with pics to customer service. They reviewed my problem and the next day they offered to send me a new one. I got it 5 days later free of charge. I have many Vevor products and will continue use them. THANKS VEVOR!

Great product
No complaints, starts first pull, I’ve dug 12 holes with the 10” auger to 4ft deep in clay & motor never slowed down. Definitely worth the money.

Plenty of power
Excellent addition to my garage. My ground is harder than hammered hell and this this made quick work of poking my holes.

Worthwhile purchase
Bought the post auger in July 2026. It came with a 6 inch and a 10 inch auger which made the deal for me. I have set 7 wooden fence posts so far. It seems sturdy enough for home use. As others have mentioned the throttle handle seem pretty weak but still ok and they give you a spare. Why not just make a better one. Hitting rocks and roots is the determining factor in how deep it will dig. The best approach is the kept your knees out of the way and grip the handles on the corners and not to tightly as when you hit some it can jump out of your hands. Once you know that is quite predictable. Placing the polst against on side of the hole and tamping the dirt on the others sides makes a very secure post.

Fence posts install - worked great
This thing worked like a champ! Best investment for my fence project! Drilled 32 holes and didn’t have a problem. The only thing I will say is the trigger feels really cheap but it still is fine no issues. Did come with an extra too. Other than that, buy it! I’d buy it again!

It's got some compression to start.
Worked great dug the whole without any problems. Do have to hold on because this thing has some power and will pull you if you don’t have a hold of it good.
