For the price these work great. Perfect for a DIY project to get rid of sponge in your floor joist. It wont solve your drainage problem but it can patch a beam until you can fix it proper.

Inovative design allows for a multiple of uses.
So glad I found these. I needed to place 4 more jackposts under a sunroom that was built on an existing deck. I only had 28 inches of clearance between the ground and the deck’s floor joists. Four of these jacks with a short piece of 4X4 and ” voila ” problem solved. Well made, well priced.
