Great value
For the price these work great. Perfect for a DIY project to get rid of sponge in your floor joist. It wont solve your drainage problem but it can patch a beam until you can fix it proper.

Worth every penny
I bought the single and 2-pack of these jacks to replace support stantions in my two story barn. The stantions are currently one solid pipe and there has been some minor settling. These jacks are 3-piece extension pipes with a minor gap between pipes so they slip together easily. One bad item is they have four pins instead of bolts for the adjustment holes. The adjustment holes are approximately 4″ spread.cI would recommend replacing with bolts 4 1/4″ long by 3/8″. Easy to install and adjust. Remember these are only 11200# max lift and you may have to double up in large structures.
