At highest speed it is about as noisy as dual computer fan. Does not put out as much wind as a small window fan but still does the job of moving air. Turning speed down to 8 makes a BIG difference in noise level.

I purchased this for a third floor bedroom that gets significantly warmer than the rest of the house. I had low expectations and have been pleasantly surprised. This actually works and makes the room noticeably cooler. I am ordering a second one for another third floor room.

Works well enough, but...
We have 4 of these style vents in my house to push heat around from the pellet stove that’s in the basement. 3 in the floor and one in the wall of my daughters basement bedroom. The floor vents are a different brand and the one in the wall is the Vevor. They all work well getting heat to their respective places and pretty much are the same design. The only difference is the 3 other brands can be programmed to start with the heat setting and shut off with the cool setting, allowing for more control of the temperature in each room. Unfortunately, the Vevor is either a heat on setting or a cool on setting. There’s no way to regulate the temperature without manually shutting it off. It doesn’t allow using both settings at the same time, like the others do. Other than that, it does what it’s supposed to do and does it well
