Once I got the pump primed it works great. I been using mine for my pond to circulate the water. Using a 1¼” line n it moves a good amount of water. Came with all the fittings. N extra rubber seals.

Strong (1) HP Motor - Filters 4,400 GPH - Large 16" Media Tank - Complete All in One Unit
Ordered this Sand Filter Pump – 16″ Filter Media Tank W/(1) HP Motor W/Cord & Plug – 4,400 GPH – Multiple Time Settings Operation Pump/Filter – Pre-Installed Filter Balls – (6) X Faster Filtration – Ready to Use Pump – for our above ground pool recently acquired from a local couple that was moving out of state. It holds about 12,000 gallons of water and they only used it this past late summer/fall. Advised because of their work schedule, they used it very little. It came with a small 1/3hp pump unit with sand filtration, but they advised it never really kept the pool clean as they had hoped. Since spring is just around the corner, we’ve been working on it and getting it seated and set up. After their information regarding the smaller pump with it, I decided to look for a better/larger unit and started shopping online, looking at pool pumps, filters, and supplies. When comparing various size pumps, the horse power of motors, filtration, brands, and prices and a unit large enough to do a good size pool, I saw this large 16″ filtration tank and complete unit that comes with a (1) full HP motor, and started reading about it. After reading that it’s large enough to handle our size pool, and that the (1) hp motor produces 4,400 GPH and that this tank comes with handy filtration balls with a “no sand needed” operation and a (6) X faster filtration, along with price, I ordered it. This is one nice and complete unit. I like the heavier grade (1) HP motor. It’s made with a metal housing with heat dissipating fins to steer off heat and that’s a big plus in my book when operating it for a continuous operation. Also like that it came complete with a tough larger 16″ tank made of tough polypropylene. Also like that it came with the round filter balls already installed and they can be cleaned and reused again and that completely eliminates the need of using costly sand all the time. The sand is a pain to deal with all the time anyway. My favorite part is that it has the setting fe
