This Filter is amazing! I use it on my 55gallon aquarium , the added feature of having a UV light alone makes this filter worth the buy, and saves you having to buy your own UV light. Very easy to clean and set up, with lots of fittings to customize for your specific needs . Very strong pump, but can dial it down to just a trickle if you don’t want much flow, or open up the valves fully and it filters alot of water. Very happy with this purchase, and I’d say its just as good as the major brands, for a fraction of the price.

Top quality cannister, the 5 media baskets make it easy to customize what you need for your particular setup. Im running it on a 75 gallon Central American Cichlid tank. Excellent flow rate and super simple set up. The the siphon makes it really easy to prime and the uv light feature is something the 230 dollar Fluval 407 doesnt even have. I bought some bulk filter floss water polisher roll, just trace out the basket for a custom cut. Also its very quiet when running.
