It is very good you can put up to 20 trays on average and it is very strong, you can place the convection oven on top to reduce spaces.

Works! But.. Crunchy wheel?
Box is a bit heavy to move for some, though I was able to kinda roll then push it into my house. Might be a 2 man project to put together depending on the person. Doesn’t come with a wrench to put together so make sure you have one in hand! (It took a 1/2 inch wrench for me). One wheel bearing, that allows the wheel to spin 360°, is a bit.. crunchy? (Video attached) But it doesn’t seem to effect its functionality that I have noticed, but we will see in time how it holds up. Thought it would have been bigger but I’m glad it’s not, cause this is the perfect size for what I need in my home kitchen.

This is sturdy and well worth the money BUT The pan measurements are for “Commercial/Restaurant” pans which are NOT the same size sheet pan or half sheet household size

My wife has been ba king cookies/deserts during the holidays for many years. This year we purchased the rolling rack with 20 levels of storage. The directions were basically useless, with a few pics and no labeled components. My wife and daughter were able to assemble the unit with a bit of trial and error. After it was put together the rack was solid and rolled around the kitchen with ease. My wife is very happy with this product.
