VEVOR Hat Sublimation Machine with 8.5 x 4 Inch Teflon-Coated Aluminum Heating Plate
The heating plate on the VEVOR hat sublimation machine is large, measuring 8.5 by 4 inches (21.5 x 10 cm). This size is much larger than the plates most competitors use. A larger coverage area ensures heat spreads more evenly across the curved surface of a hat. Uneven heat causes uneven transfers, resulting in faded borders and mismatched colors.
Dual LCD Screens Displaying Temperature in °F/°C and Countdown Timer Simultaneously
Two digital LCD displays installed in this hat sublimation machine provide precise control. One screen displays the current and desired temperatures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius simultaneously. The second screen shows the countdown timer for the press cycle currently in progress.
Caps Stretcher Included to Prevent Misalignment and Maintain Hat Shape During Pressing
The caps stretcher that comes with this hat sublimation machine is one of the most useful extras. The stretcher keeps the hat open and in the correct curved position as it is loaded onto the heating plate. Hats move around during loading without a stretcher, which causes the design and the hat panel to misalign. If the sublimation paper and the cap are misaligned, both may be wasted.
Interchangeable Platens in Multiple Sizes for Baseball Caps, Bucket Hats, and Bonnets
This hat sublimation machine has heating platens that can be switched out and come in different sizes. The available platen sizes are 6 x 3 inches, 6.7 x 2.7 inches, 6.7 x 3.8 inches, and 8.1 x 3.5 inches. Each size is made to fit certain sorts of hats and panel curvature. Baseball caps, bucket hats, peaked caps, berets, and bonnets all have varying crown and panel sizes and shapes. Using the right platen with the hat ensures that the entire transfer area is in full contact.
