At a Glance
A bench-top swing-away press for t-shirts, hoodies, totes and sublimation blanks. The 15 x 15 in platen covers an adult shirt front or back in one press, while the swing-away arm opens the whole lower plate for loading. Temperature, time and pressure are all adjustable, and the Teflon-coated platen reduces sticking between presses.
Why 15 x 15 Inches
A 15 x 15 in platen covers the front or back of an adult t-shirt in one press. That is the size most heat press workflows settle on: big enough for full-front graphics, small enough that the machine still fits on a bench and can be swung open without hitting a wall. The plate measures 380 x 380 mm, and the machine weighs 41.4 lb (18.8 kg).

Control That Repeats
The digital panel sets temperature from 32 to 450 F (0 to 232 C) and time from 0 to 999 seconds, then sounds an alarm when the cycle ends. Repeatability is the point: once you find a setting that works for a fabric and transfer, you can return to the same numbers instead of judging by feel. The 1,200 W heating element brings the plate back to temperature between presses, which matters when you are running a batch rather than a single shirt.
Loading With a Swing-Away Arm
The upper platen swings away from the lower plate instead of lifting straight up. That opens the whole pressing area, so you can lay a shirt flat with both hands and keep your forearms away from the hot surface. It also makes thicker items easier to position: a hoodie with a seam, a canvas tote or a stack of vinyl can be arranged without fighting the arm.
Pressure and Material Thickness
A full-range knob sets the pressure. Turn it clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease, then make a test press on scrap before committing a garment. Thin polyester, thick canvas and multi-layer vinyl all want different pressure, and too much pressure can flatten a design or push adhesive through the fabric. The Teflon coating on the platen reduces sticking and lets you work without a separate cover sheet for many transfers, though the transfer manufacturer instructions still take priority.
Power and Placement
At 1,200 W the press draws roughly 10 A on a 120 V circuit. That is within a standard household circuit, but not if the same circuit is already carrying a space heater, kettle or another high-draw appliance. Put the press on a sturdy bench at a comfortable working height, leave clearance behind it for the arm to swing, and keep the cord out of the walking path. Let the plate cool before wiping it; a soft cloth is enough for normal residue.
Building a Repeatable Press Routine
Keep a note of the temperature, time and pressure for each blank and transfer combination you use. Pre-press the garment briefly to remove moisture, position the design, press, then peel according to the transfer instructions. Consistency across a batch comes from the same numbers and the same loading position, not from pressing harder when an edge looks light.
