this light is as bright as it says.a bright white light.i use it to work on my car in the garage and i grind and sand and when im wearing a face shield with this light near by,it causes a glare so i have to reposition in a more appropriate position.so..if its a bright white light your looking for this is the one .one con i have is,i wish it had an on/off switch on the unit.it has a switch but its close to the plug in-line on the wire,well made lamp for sure.

This is one seriously bright light!
This light is perfect for illuminating small, dark work areas where you need to see all around you. It is exceptionally well engineered for the price. It is tough enough for construction sites or machinery maintenance duties. It can be placed on the floor or hung from the ceiling with equally good results. The carabiner style handle allows you to clip the light onto rope, wire, rails, or small diameter conduit without having to untie or disconnect them. The only drawback for me is that it is so bright, you definitely don’t want to place it where you have to look directly at it.

This is a really great light for a work site or home rebuild when you don’t have lights or enough light. The temporary work light by JC-LGL is definitely worth considering if you need a little sunlight where it’s not shining.
